Linear FEA Analysis and Optimization of a Racecar Frame
This is the final report for the term project in my graduate level optimal design course. The task was to determine the sizes of the tubes that make up the frame that minimize the overall weight while meeting certain performance constrains. I really like the idea of optimizing designs with he use of FEA software and I think it can be very beneficial in industry.
